This makes me want to work out….its like mentally i forget time is going to go on when I do NOT want to workout…and since its going to go on I might as well workout and make my goals happen!!!
I haven’t worked out since sunday (I couldn’t) and I really miss it !!
And those 30 minutes a day will pay off if I just do it!
